FACTS

Already as a yearling Hamra Aligance captivated all those who saw him with his type and presence. Judges and spectators alike were impressed by him. His first titles include German Reserve National Champion Colt and Reserve Champion Colt of the European Egyptian Event. Aligance proved his toughness by overcoming a severe accident in a short period of time and went on to win in the show ring again: First places at the international show at Deurne/The Netherlands, the All Nations Cup, the Asil Cup and last but not least at the European Championships. Not to mention his appearance at Germany's Stallion Show 2000 where he was awarded a gold ribbon and was named Champion Colt in tough competition. He went on to win many additional awards in the show ring. Today some of his outstanding get join him in the winners circle.

PEDIGREE

Aligance's pedigree is the ideal blending of the heralded sire line of Shaikh Al Badi-Ruminaja Ali and the famous dam line of Serenity Sonbolah (Kuhaylan Rodan), the only imported Egyptian mare to win the U.S. Nationals. Interesting enough, he is inbred to the "never-to-fail-nick" of Shaikh Al Badi/Bint Magidaa: his grandsires are the full brothers Ruminaja Ali and Ruminaja Bahjat! His pedigree is a combination of so many famous show horses and great producers that chances are that Aligance will be a prepotent sire of his own. Leggy like his famous ancestor Morafic (one of the most influential Egyptian stallions of all time), Aligance's phenotype is in accordance to his genotype.

PERSONALITY

Aligance's ancestors are mirrored in his character.  He resembles his grandsire Ruminaja Ali in many ways. Like him, he is a "fighter without a sword". You can't do anything against his will. But when you ask him he will do everything for you.  Like every true Arabian horse, Aligance is proud yet sensitive – a great character. He loves his people but never will greet a stranger. His toughness and stamina are remarkable (as seen after his accident), he is as robust as an Arabian horse can be – attributes which are more important than ever (if you think of performance classes or endurance races).
