FACTS This
young son of U.S. National Top Ten Stallion Hadaya El Tareef and grandson
of U.S. National Reserve Champion Stallion Imperial Imdal has the
pedigree, the looks and the show ring credentials to keep him at the
top of anyone's list. In a limited show career, Ibn El Tareef was
twice Egyptian Event Top Five Stallion. He has been shown one season
in Hunter classes, earning Top Five placings there, too. Ibn El Tareef's
scores at the 2003 Egyptian Event were excellent. On legs scoring
as high as any horse in the class, and on movement only one horse
had a mere point advantage over him. His score on overall type was
also excellent. He offers an upright neck and a classic head with
huge eyes, along with excellent natural tail carriage and long, correct
legs and trot. Regal presence and dependable athletic ability complete
the picture. Ibn El Tareef's abilities as a sire
are just now being felt with his first two foal crops on the ground.
When people see Ibn El Tareef, they love him because of his irresistible
presence. At the end of 2004 he was exported to Holland. PEDIGREE Ibn El Tareef is a very strong representative of his bloodlines. With his type and quality, he combines the elegance, stature, conformational integrity and athletic ability of his sire, Hadaya El Tareef with the charisma, exceptional movement and charm of his dam, the chestnut AK El Zahraa daughter Taja Moniet. One of the winningest straight Egyptian show horses of North America, Hadaya El Tareef traces in tail female line to Ansata's famous "Nile" family. His sire is no other than the world-renown Imperial Imdal whose get and grandget won countless championships around the world. Imperial Imdal's universal appeal and prepotency earned him respect as a sire not only in the US but in Europe and the Middle East as well. Without any doubt Imperial Imdal is the leading son of the now legendary sire Ansata Imperial, who was the foundation stallion for Imperial Egyptian Stud. Ibn El Tareef's dam combines the structure and bold movements of her exceptionally beautiful sire, AK El Zahra Moniet (Ibn Moniet El Nefous x Maarena) with the refinement of her dam Tajmona who was a daughter of the former El Zahraa head sire, Farazdac. Tajmona stems from the prolific tail-female line of the Gleannloch import Salomy (El Sareei x Malaka), who came to the United States in 1962 and produced several champion horses. Phenotype and genotype match. Ibn El Tareef possesses the beauty and athletic ability his pedigree predicts. He has a full brother, Ibn El Imdal, that was exported as a future herd sire to South Africa and another brother and sister have been Egyptian Event Top Tens and Class A winners.
