Nigmh has been a consistent winner at halter all his life. He is one of a handful of straight Egyptian stallions that has successfully competed and won at Class A open shows in the United States as well as being a winner at the Egyptian Event. Nigmh has been a Champion Stallion, Reserve Champion Stallion, Most Classic Head winner as well as a Regional Top Five Stallion in Class A American competition. Many of you may remember his bold moving performance at the Egyptian Event a few years back. “Storming into the next class for World Class stallions of 10 and over, was an ethereal apparition trotting as only the European stallions do. This was Nigmh. He's a lovely stallion and was shown to his best by Ted Carson, who can run with him. He easily won the class unanimously. I thought the stallion Championship was wide open, but my personal preference was Nigmh.” Liz Salmon, consultant and international judge,
One of the youngest and last few remaining Ansata Halim Shah sons, Nigmh is a perfect blend of the renowned Ansata program with the blood of two of the most successful German breeders, Carl-Heinz Doemken, (owner of the Nazeer son, Ghazal), and Dr. Erwin Filsinger, (who founded the important Dahma “M” family of Malikah). The dam of Nigmh, Nasbah (Muqatamm x Nadia), was imported into the United States from Germany, and bred to Ansata Halim Shah just before his sale to Qatar and his regrettable early death. Nigmh is the superb result of that cross. In tail female line, Nigmh traces to the foundation mare Bint Samiha, dam to Nazeer. PERSONALITY Nigmh has the captivating disposition that has endeared all of us to the Arabian horse. This horse is always a true gentleman. Always dignified and calm, yet very alert and self-confident,. Nigmh possesses the compelling personality of a true Arabian stallion.
